The Original USA Burger made 100% in Sudtirol. American Chef and Owner Zeke Maamouri-Cortez grew up in the State of Maine. After living and working in Südtirol for many years he decided to attend culinary school in Brixen. Following his passion for gourmet cuisine he found
himself working in Michelin restaurants across Europe learning from the best. Most notably he spent his apprenticeship years in Essen, Germany, working in the Schote under Michelin starred chef Nelson Müller.
After developing his own style, he decided to bring a piece of his American heritage to the Pustertal Valley, from this came Riverside and the Original American Hamburger!
Our burgers are hand pressed and made with local beef then grilled over charcoal on a Big Green Egg, adding a delicate smoky flavor to the meat. Along with fresh ingredients and served on homemade buns baked in house daily, your burger experience is bound to be a tasty one.
